What is the difference between the two groups?
DMC, DEC and EMC are linear carbonates. EC and PC are cyclic carbonates. The distinction describes their molecular structure, not a product grade.
Can I replace one carbonate solvent with another?
They are different materials, so substitution needs testing in your formulation or process. We can supply product information to help your technical team compare them.
Do I need separate documents for each product?
Yes. Specifications and safety data are product-specific. A COA also relates to a particular batch. Include each product name in your document request.
